Subscription Terms

Clear details about VoiceScribe Pro subscriptions — plan names, length, pricing, auto-renewal, cancellation and restore — all billed securely through Apple.

1. Subscription Plans, Length & Price

VoiceScribe offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features (unlimited AI, all export formats, translation, calendar integration and an ad-free experience):

Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by region and currency. The exact price, subscription length and any introductory offer are confirmed on the purchase screen in the App before you buy.

2. Auto-Renewal

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price for the selected plan.
  • You can manage auto-renewal in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select VoiceScribe.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep premium access until then. Cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal prevents the next charge.

4. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device using the same Apple ID, you can restore your active subscription by tapping Restore Purchases in the App. Restoring uses Apple StoreKit to verify your purchase history.

5. Billing Through Apple

All subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID using Apple StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. VoiceScribe does not receive or store your payment card details. Your purchase is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

6. Free Trials & Introductory Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and your Apple ID is charged the then-current price.

7. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. If a price increase applies to your subscription, Apple will notify you and, where required, seek your consent to continue, in accordance with App Store rules. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
